independent bookstores

In addition to worldwide requests on our website, our books are also distributed—for free, of course—through a network of great independent bookstores. So check out these wonderful stores. If you stop by one to get your Concord Free Press book, we hope you’ll actually buy another book or two. Bookstores like that. And so do we.

Concord Free Press books are published and distributed in late May and October. Our books are printed in limited, hand-numbered editions of approximately 3,000 – each store gets about 25 books. When they’re gone, they’re gone. But please don't call and pester the stores. No one likes that. Just go and look around. How hard is that?

Update: Copies of Round Mountain are available in stores in March/April/May, depending on how fast they fly.
